Ingredients
1 Baggett
Cooking oil or Pam spray.
Preparation
· Turn on the broiler.
Method
Take an hard left over piece of old Baggett and cut it up in thin, round slices, about 1/8 of an inch thick. (It’s easier to cut through an old, hard Baggett than a fresh soft one.) Spread the chips out on a baking pan and spray them with Pam cooking oil or you could even brush the chips with oil.
Line the chips on a cookie tray without overlapping. Transfer the cookie sheet under the broiler and broil them for a few minutes until they turn golden brown. Set aside and cool.
Decorate the serving platter with crackers, cheese and cut up fruit.
My favotite cheeses are Brie and goats milk cheese. I serve them together to bring out the contrast of salty and tangy flavors. A choice of three cheeses works even better!
