Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
1 steak of Salmon or Tuna (1 inch think)
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of butter
Preparations
· Marinate the fish with the above ingredients for half hour.
· Heat a cast Iron grill and spray it with cooking oil.
Method
Grill the fish on a screaming hot, cast iron grill each side once for 3 to 4 min to form a golden crust with beautiful streak marks. Flip around and cook on the otherside. Cooking time may vary depending on how rare you like your fish. I prefer medium rare.
Serve hot with tartar sauce and a side of veggies.
